Our pianos are delivered throughout France, using an on-board cart, to the foot of the house or in the garden, with no deposit inside the home.

Flexible financing:
To facilitate the purchase of your Kaim & Sohn piano, several payment solutions are available:
-Payment in 2, 3 or 4 instalments free of charge with Alma, up to €4,000 incl. VAT.
-Payment in instalments with Younited Pay, from 10 to 84 monthly instalments depending on your profile.

Kaim & Sohn warranty - 5 years' peace of mind:
Every Kaim & Sohn piano is covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Full replacement in the event of major structural defects:
-Cracking of the cast-iron top.
-Tuning pegs rendered unusable, even after repair.
Replacement of parts in the event of common defects:
-Disconnection or cracking of sound bars or bridge.
-Warped, detached or cracked keys.
-Detached hammerheads.
-Split or detached cabinet parts.
-Broken pedals due to manufacturing defect.
Warranty exclusions:
-Damage resulting from improper transport or handling.
-Defects caused by failure to follow maintenance instructions.
-Exceeding recommended maintenance times.
Maintenance recommendations (not covered by warranty):
-Tuning, adjustment and harmonization are not included in the warranty.
-Initial tuning is recommended within 3 months of receipt, then once or twice a year.
The ideal environment is a relative humidity of 45% to 70%.
For maintenance, use only a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth (supplied in the transport pallet).
